As usual from start to finish my visit to the service center was excellent.
We were leaving on vacation to Ocean City Maryland when the air conditioner stopped working properly. We called and Robert was able to fit us in that day and we were on our way by that afternoon. We were very pleased and would like to personally that him for accommodating us.

Went in, last minute, to have an oil change and the service center took me right away. My service technician was Nick. He was wonderful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he checked and did. I will definitely use Nissan of Staten Island going forward and will request Nick to be my service tech.

My wife and I needed to trade in 2 leases that ended at the same time and start a new lease. Andre and Sharone at Nissan of Staten Island were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made a task that is, at best, long and stressful, quick and seamless. I know numbers and hidden charges on auto leases pretty cold walking into a dealership. I know that Sharone and Andre exceeded any expectation we could have had for a more than fair deal and walked out with a new Rogue that we love to drive... and came in vastly under our budget. Thank you Andre and Sharone. You both made this experience great!

Damiano is an awesome salesman. He is very down to earth and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and was able to find the perfect vehicle for us. Andre and Danny were also very helpful with the whole experience. They made leasing a car a pleasure. When I least expected it, Damiano even followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure that everything was ok. We were a Ford family for years. Thanks to Damiano and the new Murano he put us in, we are now a Nissan family. We plan on going back in a couple of years for my husband's next car.

Fernando was the epitome of what excellent customer service looks like. He handled my nerves and over EXCITEMENT regarding buying my first new car like the pro he is. The entire Nissan team managed to be attentive and phenomenal multitaskers all while dealing with the chaos of a busy showroom. They all deserve very very long vacations!
Always friendly, the work done is fast and they have my car looking right and running well. A little pricy compared to private garages but the work is done right the first time, no worries, no stress. Worth the price. Rob's a great guy, straight shooter.
