This was my first time purchasing a car by myself. I knew what I wanted and the staff at the dealership would check in with me, even up to the day before my appointment to let me know if my vehicle was still available or ask if there was anything else I might be looking for. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. It was a dream to deal with the entire staff. One was more knowledgeable than the next and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. My experience yesterday with Nissan of Staten Island dealership was amazing. Sharone Purer was so kind and professional. He made the transaction so smooth. I am so happy with my Nissan Rouge 2017. Na when I say I felt like I was VIP I mean it ..everyone was very professional one gentlemen brought me water. The next gentleman guided me where to start my paperwork. Another gentleman took care of my insurance. Another gentleman helped me return my rental and another gentleman took pictures of me with my new car and key point all handsome. Fernando, my sales rep, was on point from start to finish. Straightforward, patient, and really made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Tom from finance and Dan also stepped in and made the whole process smooth, no pressure, no games — just real help. What really surprised me was the owner. You don’t often see an owner come out, shake your hand, talk to you like a regular person, and make sure you leave satisfied.
